	YourCityMart.Com Privacy Policy YourCityMart.Com A unit of CIGMA & ShaadiBiye (hereinafter referred to as "YCM") is committed to safeguarding its users' privacy. We request all our users to read the following 'privacy policy' to understand how their personal & business information will be treated, as they make full use of our services to their benefit. This policy is applicable only to the entire network of marketplaces operated by YCM and its partners' site. Using YCM Online Business Directory Service Eligibility Our Services are available only to those individuals, firms or companies who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian laws. Therefore, you must not be a minor, i.e., you must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to use our services. Interacting with listed businesses YCM directory aims to provide its users with an efficient and convenient way to trade with members listed with it. Businesses listed in the online directories at YCM can be contacted using the respective query form by clicking on the link provided along with each listing. The same can also be reached from within a catalog, wherever available. For convenience of frequent users, YCM also offers a Member Registration that allows a user to register his/her/their business details in YCM users' database completely free of cost. Once registered, a member user will not be required to fill his/her/their business details every time he/she sends an online business query to a listed business through the directory. This registration will also enable a member user to avail other online business services offered by YCM using his/her User Name and Password. YCM may, at its sole discretion, refuse the services to any one at any point of time. The Services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended or terminated YCM members. It is also understood that any individual accepting this agreement warrants or represents that he or she is authorized to accept it on his behalf and on behalf of the company or firm applying for membership and has the power to bind their firm or company responsible for his/her acceptance. Membership approval Once you have accepted this agreement, your completed Registration Form shall be submitted to YCM, Kolkata. We shall then notify via E-mail if you/your firm or company has been approved for membership or whether any additional information is required. It is at the sole discretion of YCM, to refuse its services to any one, firm or company at any time. We, at YCM, while approving your membership, make no assertions regarding one member or another. Collection of Information We at YCM collect information from our users when they register to gain access to our services or at other specific instances when they are requested to provide us with their Personal & Business information. During registration, we ask the users for their name, email address, business information and other personal details. Once a user registers, he/she becomes a member of YCM and it is deemed that the user has given YCM the right to publish the desired Business & Personal details throughout its Network sites, including but not limited to, business directory, trade leads, catalogs etc. When you are on our network and are asked for personal information, you are sharing the information with YCM and its network unless stated otherwise. Promotions that run on our network may be sponsored by companies other than YCM or may be co-sponsored by YCM and any other company. Some or all data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor. We also gather online usage statistics for analysis that helps us provide you improved user experience and services. Use of Personal & Business Information YCM primary goal in collecting personal or public information is to provide the user with a customized experience on our network of sites. This includes personalization services, interactive communications and many other types of services, either paid or free. Business information is used to display the user's business listing or product offerings across our network to fetch maximum business opportunities for the user. In order to provide services free of charge, YCM displays advertisements based upon the site usage statistics and visitor trends. YCM uses user's Personal & Business information to serve targeted advertisements through its websites, newsletters and customized mailers. In addition to it, once the user's personal and business information is displayed on our network, the user may start receiving business enquiries from various buyers and sellers that might or might not be of their interest. YCM does not exercise any control over its users for sending business enquiries to the listed members. Sharing of Information As a general rule, YCM will not disclose or share any of the user's personally identifiable information except when YCM has the user's permission or under special circumstances such as the requisition from legal bodies or similar situations. YCM may also disclose account information in special cases when YCM has reasons to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating YCM's Terms of Services or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) YCM's rights or property, other YCM network website users, or if YCM deems it necessary to maintain, service, and improve its products and services. Distribution of Information YCM may, from time to time, send its users emails regarding its products and services. In addition, YCM may occasionally send direct mails about products and services of third parties that it feels may be of interest to the user. Only YCM or its agents working under confidentiality agreements will send these direct mailings. Updation of Information A user may edit his/her account information and profile by logging onto our. The requested changes may take upto 30 days to appear online because of verification process and server cache policies. Protection of information As with all information, YCM will never sell any user's personal or business information until and unless it is permitted by the user. Any user statistics that we may provide to prospective advertisers or partners regarding product or service usage on YCM network is provided in an aggregate form only and does not include any personally identifiable information about any individual user. We request our users to sign out of their YCM account and close their browser window when they have finished their work. This is to ensure that others cannot access their personal or business information and correspondence, if the user shares the computer with someone else or is using a computer in a public place. YCM takes necessary steps, within its limits of commercial viability and necessity, to ensure that the user's information is treated securely. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while YCM strives to protect the user's personal & business information, it cannot ensure the security of any information transmitted to YCM and you do so at your own risk. Once YCM receives your transmission, it makes best efforts to ensure its security in its systems. Please keep in mind that whenever you post personal & business information online, that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. INFORMATION RULES You agree herewith and confirm that your information on YCM · Will not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items · Will not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy · Will not violate any law, statue, directive, notification, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising) · Will not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing · Will not be obscene or child pornography, or should not offend anybody's sentiments · Will not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information · Will not link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this Agreement or you do not have a right to link or include. and on the contrary you will be solely responsible for the same. RIGHTS YOU GIVE TO YCM You grant to us the non-exclusive worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty- free right (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display (in whole or in part) Your information, and / or to incorporate your information in other works in any form, media or technology now popular or later developed and used. You agree to receive newsletters / advertisements / mails regarding services or features from all the sites managed by ShaadiBiye. LIMITED LIABILITY You expressly understand and agree that YCM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or intangible losses (even if YCM has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: the use or the inability to use the service the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data statements or conduct of any third party on the service or any other matter relating to the service.
